Conference Information

How do I get my WIFC 2026 Pass?

You select the pass you wish to purchase, add it to “cart”, then go to checkout and go through the payment process.

You will receive an receipt (sent to your mail address, please check your spamfolder).

When you go for the conference (registration at The Lobby of the Vilfort Lounge), please bring a copy of your receipt for our conference guides to view.

Conference pass, included:

Full conference access, 11th, 12th (both women’s and men’s conference)

Dinner on the 11th and lunch on the 12th

Conference pass, not included:

Flights, Transport to and from hotel / conference venue and Hotel / overnight stay, are not included in the conference pass.
